Our Wines
Our wines are produced in Organic Agriculture with an enormous care brought to the respect of the soil and the raw material.

CHÂTEAUNEUF DU PAPE – Red
Historic vintage created in 1923 by our grandparents Marie Louise and Alphonse Mayard.
A blend of different terroirs of the appellation, the Clos du Calvaire is the expression of a pure and authentic Châteauneuf du Pape, aged in vats for 12 months in order to respect the expression of the Grenache majority supplemented by Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Counoise.
It is a wine full of pleasure and delicacy, with aromas of red and black fruits depending on the vintage. One finds a complex fruity and floral palate with silky and persistent tannins.

Cuvée in homage to Gratien Mayard, the “Père Pape” founder and precursor of the Vignobles Mayard.
A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault from the southern terroirs of the appellation in the area known as Grand Coulet. These soils are made up of the famous rolled pebbles of Châteauneuf du Pape. The Domaine du Père Pape is aged in barrels for 18 months.
An ambitious cuvée intended for ageing. The aromas of jammy black fruits and eucalyptus brought by the Syrah give this cuvée its great complexity. The palate is warm and reveals fine and tight tannins with peppery notes.

A blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah from the area known as “La Crau”, considered to be one of the best and oldest in the appellation. The wine is matured in barrels, demi-muids and foudres for 18 months.
La Crau de ma Mère is a beautiful cuvée combining finesse and strength. Its nose offers a complex palette of blackberry, rose and spice aromas. The mouth is generous with aromas of ripe red fruits, smooth tannins and a chocolate finish.

La Crau de ma Mère blanc is a gastronomic wine that can be enjoyed in its young years, but still has a good ageing potential. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers and exotic fruits. Its mouth is harmonious, ample combining richness and freshness.

Confidence for confidential wine… This wine in Côtes du Rhône appellation is produced in small quantities on sandy soils bordering Châteauneuf du Pape.
With a dominant Grenache, this wine expresses its sandy soil and will delight lovers of fine, fresh and fruity wines.
